Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. We begin by getting to know you and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. From there, we identify areas of focus and work together to set goals using a strengths-based, collaborative approach.
Sessions may explore topics such as ADHD, executive functioning, autism, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationships, life transitions, college and educational support, and understanding your own or a loved one’s diagnosis. Therapy is flexible and guided by what feels most relevant and meaningful to you.
My approach is person-centered, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in empathy and honesty. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including DIR/Floortime, DBT, motivational interviewing, attachment-based work, and IFS-informed techniques. This allows us to adapt our work together in a way that best supports your growth, self-understanding, and day-to-day functioning.
Family Counseling
Sessions are available for family members and partners seeking support in strengthening relationships, improving communication, and navigating life together—especially during times of change, such as a new diagnosis of ADHD or autism. These sessions provide space to better understand one another’s experiences, reduce conflict, and build more supportive, connected relationships. We may also focus on decision-making around next steps, roles, and expectations within the family or partnership.
I also offer coaching for parents who want to better understand their child’s needs and develop more effective, affirming ways of interacting. This can include learning practical strategies, supporting emotional regulation, and creating home environments that work with your child’s unique strengths and challenges.
Groups
Group sessions are available for those looking to experience the support of group counseling, connect with others who share similar interests and experiences, build friendships, and strengthen specific skills such as executive functioning.
Groups offer a unique opportunity to feel less alone and more understood. Many clients find that hearing others’ perspectives, sharing experiences, and practicing new skills in a supportive environment can be both validating and empowering. Groups can also provide a space to build confidence in social interactions, improve communication, and develop a stronger sense of connection and belonging.
I offer a variety of weekly groups, including both process-oriented therapy groups and structured, skills-based groups. Some groups focus on areas such as executive functioning, emotional regulation, or social connection, while others center around shared interests to create a more natural and engaging way to connect with others.
