Diagnostic Assessment Services

Diagnostic assessments are available for autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. These evaluations are designed to help you better understand your unique way of thinking, learning, and navigating the world.

The assessment process is collaborative and strengths-based. It typically includes interviews, questionnaires, and evidence-based screening tools that explore patterns in attention, sensory experiences, emotions, daily functioning, and executive skills. Throughout the process, the goal is not to “pathologize” differences, but to gain insight into how your brain works and what kinds of supports may be helpful.

Following the assessment, we review the results together and discuss practical recommendations, which may include therapy goals, accommodations in school or work, or strategies that support daily functioning. Many people find that an assessment can bring clarity, validation, and language for experiences they may have had for many years.
