A group to connect over shared interests. Group is facilitated by clinician to foster group member engagement, perspective-taking, and identification of mutual passions and hobbies.

A therapeutic group focused on anxiety, providing space for processing experiences and building practical coping skills.
Social Group: Table Top Gaming
Thursdays 2:00-3:00pm
$50/session
A social gaming group designed to foster connection, collaboration, and enjoyment through tabletop games like Settlers of Catan, Scrabble, Pandemic, and more.
